About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Passive Fire Sales Person / Estimator to join our expanding team. This role combines sales and estimating, giving you the opportunity to win new business while accurately pricing passive fire protection works. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop or build on their experience in the fire protection industry.

Requirements:

* Knowledge or experience in passive fire protection
* Familiarity with BM TRADA standards/certification
* Ability to read and interpret drawings (not essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
* Full UK driving licence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Generate new business opportunities within the passive fire protection sector

* Prepare estimates and quotations for works including fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation

* Review drawings and project details to produce accurate pricing

* Attend site surveys and client meetings when required

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

* Contribute to achieving company sales targets

About The Role:

The Helpdesk Administrator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of Trustee Fire and Security’s customer service and operational support functions. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, engineers, and suppliers, the administrator provides professional, timely, and accurate assistance to maintain high service standards across fire safety, security systems, and related services.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Administration.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Schedule and coordinate maintenance and reactive repairs to deadlines.

* Maintain accurate records of inspections, certificates, and remedial actions in line with safety regulations.

* Liaising with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates.

* Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works.

* Update and manage databases, ensuring data integrity.

* Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure compliance.

* Support the Helpdesk team as required.
