I found Trustee Fire & Security Ltd, based on a lot of good feedback that I read on the Which? Trusted Trader scheme. They were very quick to reply to my initial enquiry.
They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding complying with British Standards ratings etc. As well as installing an intruder alarm, I needed an annual maintenance contract as part of my household insurance, which they do, for a small fee.
The whole team were extremely helpful and I feel that they went out of their way to help getting the system installed for me in the shortest possible delay. The installer was also very pleasant and friendly.
Their price for the alarm and annual maintenance contract was the most competitive that I'd found. And most importantly, there were no surprise additional costs or monthly subscription charges.
