About the Role
You’ll work across every department to help improve:
• Business systems and processes •
• Operational efficiency •
• Commercial reporting and KPI dashboards •
• Workflows and communication •
• Continuous improvement projects •
• Future CRM development •
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact and help build a business that’s ready for the future. This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional travel to customer sites, supplier meetings and training events.
About You

Experience in commercial improvement, business systems, operations or project management would be beneficial, but we’re ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and ambition.
