About the Role
Trustee Fire & Security Ltd are looking to recruit a Commercial Systems & Process Manager to support the next stage of growth across the business.
This is a newly created role and represents a key long-term appointment for the future structure, efficiency and commercial development of the company.
Working directly with the Directors and Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will help strengthen operational structure, reporting, CRM workflows and overall business efficiency as the company continues to scale.
This is not a standard office management role. We are looking for someone commercially minded, highly organised and process-driven, with the confidence to work across multiple areas of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play an important role in improving and supporting:
• CRM workflows and sales processes
• Operational reporting and KPI visibility
• Quote and workflow tracking
• Departmental processes and efficiencies
• Data accuracy and management reporting
• System implementation and business structure
• General business operations and administration
• Wider commercial and operational projects
The role will involve working closely with multiple departments across the business, supporting both day-to-day process improvement and longer-term strategic projects.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong commercial awareness
• Understands CRM systems, workflows and process management
• Is confident analysing data and reporting trends
• Is highly organised and detail focused
• Is proactive and solution driven
• Is comfortable working within a growing SME environment
• Is willing to be hands-on operationally when required
• Can communicate confidently with office staff, department leads and senior management
Experience within construction, fire and security, service, or engineering environments would be beneficial, but it is not essential for the right candidate.
