What You’ll Do

  • Carry out fire door remedial works, repairs, and adjustments.
  • Replace and fit components such as hinges, closers, locks, and seals.
  • Ensure all work meets BM TRADA certification requirements.
  • Work independently across a variety of sites with the support of our expert team.


    What We’re Looking For

  • Carpentry NVQ Level 2 (minimum).
  • Experience in fire door fitting or remedials (training provided).
  • Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Full UK driving licence.

    We currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced Fire and/or Security Engineers to join our growing team in London and the south east.

    Must have experience of working in the Fire & Security Industry

    Applicants will be confident in servicing, fault finding and installing security/CCTV/Fire Systems/Access Control systems.

    Training will be provided. We are a very friendly team with an excellent reputation for quality service and installation.

    Salary:

    Full Job Description
    Deal with customer queries regarding all breakdowns, preventive maintenance and the renewal of service agreements within agreed time limits.

    Prioritize and mange many open cases at one time.

    Send surveyors / engineer remedial quotations.

    Raise calls for repair & maintenance; allocating jobs to service engineers.

    Communicate with customers, field engineers and field sales giving clear and concise information regarding the status of the enquiry.

    Respond to customer queries and complaints.

    Deal with daily telephone tasks.

    Update Internal systems.

    Use a range of office software including Excel, Word and various databases.

    Manage engineers diaries on a daily basis with geographical background
