Please describe your experience with CRM systems. Which CRM platforms have you used, what was your involvement, and what improvements or workflows did you implement?

Give an example of a business process that you improved or redesigned. What was the problem, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?

Have you ever been involved in implementing a new system, software platform, workflow or reporting process? If yes, please provide details.

Describe a situation where you used data, reporting or KPIs to identify a business problem or opportunity. What did you identify and what action was taken?

How would you approach documenting and improving a process that currently only exists in the heads of key employees?

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on administrative work. Please provide an example of a time when you had to balance both.

This role involves working directly with Directors and Senior Management. How would you challenge an existing process or decision if you believed there was a better way of doing something?

What experience do you have with KPI reporting, workflow management, process mapping, data management, and business intelligence/reporting tools?

In your opinion, what are the three most important elements of a successful CRM system and why?

We receive hundreds of enquiries, quotes and jobs each month. How would you ensure opportunities are tracked effectively and that nothing falls through the cracks?

Have you ever led or been heavily involved in the implementation, migration or optimisation of a CRM, ERP or business management system? If yes, please provide details including the systems involved, your role, the biggest challenge, and the outcome.

What would your first 90 days look like if appointed to this role?

This role is primarily office-based from our Orpington headquarters, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional travel may be required. Please confirm that you are comfortable with this working arrangement and provide details of any restrictions.
