Yesterday, our engineering team took part in a CSL training session, hosted by a member of CSL’s training team, focused on the latest kit and the most up-to-date installation guidance.
This was to ensure our engineers have current product knowledge and practical installation insight that reflects the newest equipment and best-practice standards.
Keeping Continuous Professional Development (CPD) up to date is essential to delivering consistent, high-quality installations. During the session, the team reviewed CSL product updates, discussed practical considerations on site, and had the opportunity to ask technical questions.
Ongoing CPD is also a requirement of our BAFE accreditation under BAFE SP203-1, so sessions like this help ensure we remain compliant.
