As part of our ongoing Social Value and Environmental Responsibility work, we’re donating surplus IT equipment to Kent County Council, via Skanska, for use in their library fit-out programmes.

This kit has come from a recent equipment upgrade in our office. As part of our own sustainability efforts, we’ve all transitioned from dual-screen setups to a single, wide, curved monitor. Not only does it look better, but we’re also lowering energy consumption, further supporting our commitment to our sustainable business practices.

We’ve donated the following :

  • 36 computer monitors (Dell and HP models, all in excellent condition)
  • 18 double-arm adjustable desk brackets
  • HDMI cables and power leads for all monitors

I’ll update further when there screens have been to good use in the community!

“It’s amazing knowing our monitors are going to be used in the community. I’ve switched to one big curved screen, which is helping me improve our online presence. Plus… It means we’re using less power!”
