The client’s existing balcony had begun to deteriorate, with ageing wooden beams and worn decking compromising both its appearance and long-term durability. Our team carefully dismantled the existing structure, removing the old decking and timber framework to prepare the area for a stronger, modern replacement.
To improve the structural integrity of the balcony, the original wooden beams were replaced with robust steel supports. We then installed high-quality composite decking, providing a durable, low-maintenance surface designed to withstand the elements while enhancing the overall look of the space.
