Ben has completed his first few weeks with us at Trustee, joining us as our Passive Fire Logistics Manager. We’re pleased to welcome him on board as our passive fire team continues to grow!

Ben is based in our newly extended stores office, so he’s joining at a great time to make himself at home in the new space.

A big thank you goes to our incredible engineers, who stripped out and rebuilt the area to create a larger, improved office. There’s plenty of work behind a transformation like this, and it’s only right that the team responsible gets the recognition they deserve.

We look forward to getting to know Ben over the coming weeks and seeing him make the role his own. Welcome to the team, Ben!

What’s one small moment from your first week that made you feel part of the team?

The first thing that made me feel part of the team was your amazing quiz! It really helped me feel more comfortable with everyone. The general attitude of the team is so friendly and welcoming that it took away any nerves I may have had.

What would the team be surprised to learn about you that hasn’t come up in the first-week introductions?

The team may or may not be surprised to know I have a cheeseburger tattoo on my shin! The reason for this is that my goddaughter calls me Benny Burger.

A year from now, what would you like people here to say you’re the go-to person for?

I would like them to say I’m the go-to guy for Passive Fire.

What did you notice on your first week that everyone who’s been here for years probably takes for granted?

The only thing I could think of is the quality sandwich lady in the mornings. If I had that service at previous jobs, I would be a much larger man!
