Our Naughty Word Jar has claimed another victim… Each naughty word adds 50p to the fundraising total. The rules are simple: say the word, pay the fine, and hope you do not end up at the top of the monthly leaderboard.
Unfortunately for Jo, she was this month’s champion of colourful language and has therefore earned the honour of wearing The Naughty Hat.
Jo accepted her new title with good humour and wore the hat proudly, giving the rest of the team plenty to smile about. While she may have been crowned the naughtiest member of the month, her efforts have helped contribute to something far more important.
This month’s swear jar funds are being donated to Colostomy UK, a charity that provides support, reassurance, and information to people living with stomas, as well as their families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
So, while Jo may be hoping for a quieter month next time, her naughty words have helped support a fantastic charity. The leaderboard now resets, the hat waits for its next owner, and the team will be listening carefully to see who slips up next.
