Today, we are thrilled to introduce our latest success story – Lewy, who started as a trial apprentice at the beginning of the summer and has now transitioned into a full-apprentice role.
Lewy’s journey with us began as a promising young individual eager to learn the ropes of the fire and security industry. During his trial period, his dedication and passion for the work quickly became apparent. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it didn’t take long for our team to realize that Lewy was a perfect fit for TFS!
Now, as a full-time apprentice, Lewy is embarking on a structured learning experience that will equip him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field. He is paired with Tom, one of our seasoned engineers, who has taken Lewy under his wing as a mentor.
As we celebrate Lewy’s transition to a full-time apprentice, we look forward to witnessing his continued growth and success within Trustee. We are proud to have Lewy on board and excited about the bright future that lies ahead for him and our company.
